Arina - Mild, creamy goat gouda from Holland.
Not as sweet as other goat goudas making this a nice match for most white wines.

Balarina - Aged goat Gouda from Holland.
Nutty and sweet with just a hint of goaty tang. Pair with a hearty ale. |

Bocconcino - This decadent goat
cheese is strong and creamy. Aged to perfection and great with Sancerre or Pinot
Grigio. |

Buche
Cremier - Similar to Bucheron, but this
handmade version is far richer. Semi-frm but gets creamy
and gooey with age. Pair with a dry white wine. |

Bucherondin de Chevre - Classic "buche"
(log) shaped French goat. Both the tangy flavor and the firm texture soften with
age. Pair with a dry white

Cabecou
- Soft goat cheese macerated in plum
brandy, studded with black peppercorns and wrapped in chestnut leaves. Fun
picnic treat! |

Crottin
d'Champcol -
Classic French crottin, somewhat dry with
a strong tangy goat flavor. Perfect with a Sancerre or dry Sauvignon
Blanc. |

Garrotxa
- A mild, snow white paste encased in a grey
rind, Garrotxa makes a beautiful presentation. Great with a dry white
wine. |

Humboldt Fog
- From Cypress Grove
in Northern CA, one the best domestic artisan cheeses. Flakey and sweet.
Serve as an appetizer or for dessert! |

Le Chevrot
- Soft, unctuous
traditional chevre. Rich, tangy and lactic, with a long finish. Great with
Sauvignon Blanc. |

Le Garriotin -
Classic semi-soft goat’s milk cheese from the
Alvignac region. Sweet, tangy, with a hint of grassiness on the finish. |

Le Lingot du Quercy -
Stellar handmade goat cheese from Quercy famous
for its velvety rind and smooth paste. Fruity, floral and slightly tart. |

Midnight
Moon -
From Cypress Grove comes this aged goat gouda. Powerful and tangy with a long finish. Try with rich whites or
well-knit reds.

- One of the
world’s best soft goat cheeses, Monte Enebro is soft, rich and tangy with a long
lingering finish.

with an airy, fluffy texture that liquefies as the cheese matures.

firm goat cheese from the Savoie mountains. Creamy and slightly tangy, with hints of tarragon and white wine.

- This ash covered goat pyramid is a French classic. Soft and spreadable
with tangy, lemony flavor. Delicious with a
crisp dry Sancerre.
