Abbaye de Belloc
- A wonderfully mild, sweet and rich raw ewe’s milk cheese. Crafted by Benedictine monks in the French Pyrenees.
 
Azeitao
- Amazing raw ewe’s milk cheese, using thistle rennet. One of Portugal's few D.O. protected cheeses, Azeitao is tangy, rich and totally unique.
 
 
Ewephoria
-
Aged ewe's milk Gouda from Holland. Rich, sweet and nutty.  Pair this treat with a sticky dessert wine or a lush, full-bodied red.
 
Fiore Sardo
- Dry, intense cheese made from raw ewe’s milk.  Pair with a full bodied red or white and crusty bread.
 
Idiazabal
- Traditional raw-milk shepherd’s cheese from Spain. The cheese is aged in chimneys giving a smoky aroma and a rich, nutty finish.
  Manchego
Manchego - the famous Spanish sheep's milk cheese, ours is an artisan raw milk version.
 
Ossau Iraty
- A wonderfully mild, sweet and rich raw ewe’s milk cheese from the Pyrenees mountains,  Ossau Iraty appeals to a broad range of palates.
 
Pecorino Grand Old Man
- Amazing Italian sheep’s milk treat.  Starts out dry like a parmesan, then gives way to a lush, rich finish. Simply fantasico!
 
Pecorino Toscano (fresca)
- A true classic pecorino; nutty, rich and a bit sharp.  Pairs well with most medium to big dry red wines.

Perail Brebis
- From the mountains of southern France, this soft, luscious ewe’s milk cheese has a delicate rind, a nutty aroma and lingering sweetness.
 
P'tit Basque
-  Mild, nutty, fruity with hints of olive, ancient P’Tit Basque is one of the world’s most adored cheeses.   Pair with rustic reds.
 
Roncal
- Rich, firm sheep’s milk cheese, cousin of Manchego and Zamorano.  Buttery, with straw and mushroom aromas.  Great with Rioja.
  Castillo Zamorano
Zamarano - firm Spanish sheep's milk cheese.
